friendly service

Just a good match for a momentary pause in Islamabad with good value for cost. The friendly service was a plus when I ordered food late at night. Make sure to check if all amenities are functioning before settling in.

The locks felt insecure, lacking sufficient safety features!!! Also, the toilet cleanliness failed to meet basic standards!!! One towel for three guests was insufficient and disappointing!!! Wi-Fi problems left me disconnected!!!

The ambiance at Papae felt cozy and welcoming. I enjoyed how responsive the staff was. they catered to our needs right away. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay pleasant. The Tabaq restaurant inside the hotel truly impressed me with its delicious food. It became a highlight of our visit. However, there were some hiccups. We faced issues when the room I booked wasn't available, but the staff quickly arranged a similar room. On top of that, we had trouble with WiFi and cable TV, which the staff took too long to fix. Also, it was frustrating that we only had one towel for three people. But in the end, the good aspects mostly outweigh the negatives, making it a decent place to stay.
